Kitchari (Sahihinsa daga Ayurveda)
Sinadaran
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 kofin lentils An jiƙa don 5-6 hours
- 1/2 kofin Rice An jiƙa na tsawon sa'o'i 5-6, shinkafa basmati shine mafi kyau ga wannan girke-girke.
- 1/4 tsp Cumin tsaba
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 kofin Water
- Black ko dutse gishiri dandana
Umurnai
- A jika lentil da shinkafa aƙalla awanni 5 (zaka iya bari ya jiƙa dare ɗaya). Ka tuna canza ruwan kafin dafa abinci.
- Ƙara Ghee a cikin kwanon rufi kuma bar shi ya narke a kan zafi kadan.
- Ƙara 'ya'yan cumin kuma bari ya yi launin ruwan kasa kadan.
- A zuba lentil da shinkafa tare da ruwan jika (canza kafin a dahu) sannan a motsa. Idan ka ƙara, zai yi sauti, al'ada ne.
- Ki zuba turmeric da gishiri ki motsa shi na dan lokaci.
- Ƙara ruwa, motsawa, rufe kwanon rufi, jira har sai shinkafar ta dahu (minti 10-15). Kada kitchari ya bushe, ya kamata ya dan yi ruwa kadan.
