Cherry Chocolate Smoothie with Superfood Triphala
Ingredients
- 100 g fresh or frozen cherries
- 100 g ripe avocado
- 1 tsp triphala powder(2.3 grams)
- 2-3 tsp carob powder/cocoa powder (6-10 grams)
- 400 ml water/ almond milk
- 1 banana (100 grams) (Optional) you can replace it for 1-2 soft dates (approx. 10 grams)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixer (a high-speed mixer will give you the best results). Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency. Use frozen cherries for a refreshing result, or blend in some ice cubes. Adapt the amount of liquid to get the desired consistency.
- Optional: add 1 small banana instead or date for sweetness.
