Recommendations for doshas:
Vata: Masala chai is perfect to stabilize Vata energy, especially between 14:00-18:00. It relieves fatigue, nervousness, and cravings in a healthy way.
Pitta: Leave the Ginger out of this recipe, which creates extra heat for Pitta.
Kapha: use some almond milk or other non-diary drink and avoid extra sweetness. It could be a good breakfast instead of drinking it between meals.
