Moon Milk
Ingredients
- 200 ml milk or vegetal milk (almond, coconut, oat, soy)
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamon powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp honey
- Lavender flower (optional)
Instructions
- In a pan, shortly boil the milk with lavender flower, let it sit for a few minutes, and cool down to approximately 70 degrees
- Remove the flowers and mix all the spices and honey.
- Enjoy it warm and get ready for a restful sleep.
