Green Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 bananas (approx. 200 gr.)
- 200 ml blood orange juice
- 100 ml water or coconut water
- 100-150 g baby spinach
- 2 tsp chlorella powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy, smooth texture.

In the summer, you can use frozen banana pieces if you want a refreshing drink. Vata: use ripe sweet fruits, spinach in small amounts Pitta: most sweet fruits are well tolerated, spinach as well Kapha: replace banana with mango or peach.
