Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas (approx. 200 gr.)
  • 200 ml blood orange juice
  • 100 ml water or coconut water
  • 100-150 g baby spinach
  • 2 tsp chlorella powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy, smooth texture.

In the summer, you can use frozen banana pieces if you want a refreshing drink.
Vata: use ripe sweet fruits, spinach in small amounts
Pitta: most sweet fruits are well tolerated, spinach as well
Kapha: replace banana with mango or peach. Spinach, and other greens, are excellent for a Kapha type.
