Benefits
Matcha contains both caffeine and L-theanine.
When L-theanine is combined with caffeine, the short-term, restless energy is converted into long-lasting, high-concentration energy.
That’s why matcha is the ideal energy drink, especially for people who cannot tolerate coffee so well and are searching for a healthy alternative.
Matcha contains powerful antioxidants in the form of polyphenols, flavonoids, and vitamin C, so it offers great support for your immune system,  brain, and skin, and it can even help prevent cancer and liver problems.
