Step by step yoga for digestion

Invest 5 minutes to improve your digestion using a point in your hand. If you press the point between your thumb and index finger and feel pain, it means you have digestion problems. If your digestion is good, you won’t feel anything when you press that point.

Do this procedure twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon, with an interval of a few hours between the last meal.

The practice of Mandukasana, also known as the frog pose, is equally effective in aiding digestion.
