Bhramari Pranayama
- Sit comfortably with your back and neck straight;
- Cover your ears with your thumbs;
- Place your index fingers gently on your forehead;
- Place the rest of your fingers over your eyes;
- Inhale deeply through your nose;
- Exhale slowly while chanting ‘ram’;
- Repeat 4 to 10 times.

- Sit comfortably with your spine and neck straight;
- Use your thumbs to close your ears, place your index fingers on your forehead and use the rest of your fingers to close your eyes;
- Take a deep breath in through your nose;
- Exhale chanting “Ram” and feel the vibration in your body;
- Do this cycle 4 to 10 times.
