Made with oats, dates, peanut butter, cocoa butter, and dark chocolate, this no-bake dessert is naturally sweet, rich in healthy fats, energizing, and perfect as a snack or healthy dessert!
Inspired by Ayurvedic principles, this treat can be adapted for all doshas when eaten mindfully and in the right portion.

Ingredients
Crust
- 100 g oats
- 50 g dates
- 15 g cocoa butter
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch of salt
- 100 ml water
Filling
- 200 g crunchy peanut butter
- 125 g dates
- 40 g cocoa butter
- Pinch of salt
Topping
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dates
If the dates are dry, soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes.
Blend with approximately 100 ml of water until a smooth paste forms.
2. Make the Crust
- Grind the oats into oat flour.
- Mix oat flour, one third of the date paste, cardamom, salt, melted cocoa butter, and water until you get a soft dough.
- Press the mixture into a baking form lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
3. Prepare the Filling
- Melt the cocoa butter in a water bath.
- Mix with peanut butter, the remaining date paste, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread evenly over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Add the Topping
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
- Pour over the filling layer.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until set.
Optional: Garnish with berries and coconut flakes.
