Anulom Vilom Pranayama
- Sit comfortably with your spine and neck erect;
- Use your right hand to cover your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through your left nostril;

- Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4.

Anulom Vilom Pranyama step by step
- Sit comfortably with your spine and neck erect.
- Use your right hand to cover your right nose with your thumb and inhale through your left nostril;
- Cover your left nostril with your middle finger and exhale through the right
- Inhale through the right, cover the right nostril and exhale through the left
- Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4
You will alternate between nostrils, always exhaling and inhaling on one side and then alternating.
Always start by inhaling through the left nostril.
