Banana is a source of carbohydrates, to give energy for your day. Nut butter and chia are rich in good fats and proteins, as well as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Chia is also a super food, with several benefits for the functioning of the body and rich in fiber. It is always good to include this ingredient in my different recipes to improve the nutritional profile.

Cashew Banana Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 unit Frozen banana
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Cashew butter
- Cinnamon
- Sweetener optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until it has a smooth texture and serve immediately
