- Sit however you want and feel comfortable, as long as your back is straight.
- Relax, try to relieve tension in your body and close your eyes
- Inhale slowly
- hold the air, place your hands open on the chest area. Fingertips slightly away from the center and thumbs close to the shoulders, pointing towards the neck while holding the air
- Exhale all the air
- Relax
