- 헤이즐넛 125g
- 200g 대추
- 귀리 플레이크 150g
- 20 g flaxseeds
- 생 카카오 가루 2큰술
- 1 tsp cardamom powder

- 3 tbsp 물
- 80 g high-quality dark chocolate
