Pour together the vegetable broth and coconut milk and heat. Let the whole thing simmer for about 20 minutes
Then puree the soup well with the hand blender and the soup is ready and can be divided into soup bowls.
Optional: Roast the sesame seeds and sprinkle them together with the spring onions that you have set aside as a garnish.
