Ingredients
  

  • 150 g frozen banana
  • 150 g frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt

Instructions
 

  • If you have a high-speed blender like Vitamix, simply add all the ingredients at once and blend them until they get a smooth, creamy texture. If you have a regular blender, it is easy if you take the frozen fruits out of the freezer for about 5 minutes before mixing them.

Recommendation for doshas:
Vata should avoid cold foods in general. But can still enjoy it in moderation, especially in the summer. Let it warm a bit until it has a softer texture and add some ginger powder, which will bring extra heat to the digestive system.
It is a perfect ice recipe for Pitta, add some fresh peppermint if you want extra freshness.
Kapha: This is a dessert that can be enjoyed without bringing heaviness to the body as it is sugar and dairy free.
Bananas are not a good choice for a Kapha type. Use more or only mango instead.
