Ingredients
  

  • 100 g frozen bananas
  • 100 g frozen blueberries wild berries are recommended
  • 50 g red beetroot cooked
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cm piece fresh ginger
  • 300 ml water/coconut water
  • 20 g cashew or almond butter You can replace it with soaked nuts
  • 1 tsp açai powder or grape seed powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth, creamy texture.

Recommendations for doshas

Kapha: Reduce the banana amount or replace it with mango.
