In a food processor, grind oats and nuts, add cacao and coconut oil. Add a bit of water if it does not stick together. Spread the mixture in a cake form and press it evenly on the bottom of the form.
You can also use oat cookies or other cookies and butter. 200 grams of cookies mixed with 100 grams of melted butter.
In a bowl, mix curd cheese, eggs, sugar, condensed milk, cornstarch, and vanilla.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the mixture into the cake form and bake it for about 40 minutes.
Let the cake cool down and prepare the strawberry topping.
Hydrate gelatin in cold water for 10–15 minutes. Blend the strawberries and cook them for 2–3 minutes. Let it cool a bit, then mix the honey and gelatin. Stir until it dissolves completely.
Pour the strawberry sauce and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
