You can start by soaking almonds overnight to activate the enzymes and increase the nutrient's availability.
Add all ingredients to a mixer (a high-speed mixer will give you the best results). Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency. Use frozen pineapple for a refreshing result, or blend in some ice cubes. Adapt the amount of water to get the desired consistency.
Frozen spinach (without cream or other extra ingredients) is also an option. Or use other green leaves available to you (kale, for example).
