Menene Pranayama?
Pranayama ita ce reshe na huɗu na Ashtanga Yoga kuma ta ƙunshi daidaita numfashi don sarrafawa da faɗaɗawa. Prana, makamashin da ke cikin rai.
A cewar Patanjali, Pranayama tana da manyan matakai guda huɗu:
- Shaƙa (Puraka)
- Fitar da iska (Rechaka)

- Pitta - sanyaya ta hanyar numfashi mai laushi, mai rhythm
